About Jessica's Poke Island
Our Story
Jessica’s Poke Island is a quaint little poke sushi bowl restaurant located at 134 Dayton St, in Yellow Springs, Ohio. At Jessica's Poke Island, we pride ourselves on offering the freshest and most delicious poke sushi bowls in town. Our journey began on September 1, 2023 when Miguel Espinosa decided to sell his business formally known as Miguel's Poke Island.
When it was created by Miguel in 2022, a man who is very well known in the community, he had developed a unique idea to bring fresh, enjoyable food to the regional area. My main goals for Jessica’s Poke Island are to take over the business by keeping the concept the same with a few additions to the menu and to bring a Safe, Fun atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Today, we are proud to serve our customers the highest quality poke sushi bowls using only the freshest ingredients.
